Yes, flights, hotels, meals, events, tickets, transfers, cocktails, beer & wine with dinners, tips, full-time program directors & fun are all included.
Registration requires a $1,500 pp deposit. The remaining balance is split into equal monthly installments until one month prior to travel.
As you can see from our website, all of our trips sell out well in advance. If you are interested in any trip, it is important to sign up quickly. Also, seats at the events are allocated based upon when you register.
That is not a problem at all. Usually 10-20% of our participants do not play tennis. There are plenty of other places, and events for them to get full enjoyment out of the trip.
Singles make up a good portion of all of our trips so come and meet new tennis minded friends. You are not required to pay a single supplement however if you would like to be guaranteed your own room, then there would be an additional charge ranging from $1500-$2750 depending upon the trip.
Yes, we offer trip insurance via Nationwide and it is highly recommended. Due to the unique nature of our trips, the special access we have, and the agreements we have with our vendors, it is strongly encouraged to obtain travel insurance to avoid cancellation penalties if withdrawing due to a covered reason (sickness, injury, loss of job etc.)
Absolutely. You will then receive a credit for doing so ($1000pp-$1500pp). We will then coordinate with you on your plans. Please note that flights generally do not need to be determined until 9-10 months prior to travel
Of course! There is no charge for coming down early or staying late unless we are also helping you with additional hotel nights.
