Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to the Tennis Ventures website (www.tennisventures.net), the Tennis Ventures Navigator app for iOS and Android, and the traveler portal at app.tennisventures.net (together, the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Your Account

Your traveler account is set up as part of your booking. You are responsible for keeping your password private and for everything done under your account. Tell us right away at info@tennisventures.net if you believe your account has been used without your permission. Questions about your booking, your account or your data can go to your trip director or to us directly (see the Privacy Policy).

Trip Community Content

The Navigator app includes a private Social tab for each trip where travelers and staff can post updates, photos, comments and reactions that are visible to the other people on that trip. When you post, you keep ownership of what you share, and you give Tennis Ventures permission to show it to the other travelers and staff on your trip and to keep it as part of the trip record.

We have no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You agree not to post anything that is:

  • harassing, threatening, hateful, discriminatory or abusive toward any person;
  • sexually explicit, violent or otherwise offensive;
  • illegal, or that infringes someone else's rights, including their privacy or copyright;
  • spam, advertising or unrelated to the trip;
  • a photo or video of another traveler that they have asked you not to share.

Any post or comment can be reported from within the app, and you can block another traveler at any time, which hides their content from you and lets us know. Reports are reviewed by our staff within 24 hours. We may remove content and may withdraw a traveler's access to the Social tab, or to the Services, for behavior that violates these terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services: no attempts to access other travelers' accounts or data, no interference with the operation of the Services, and no use of the Services for anything unlawful.

Trip Information

Itineraries, schedules, flight details and event times shown in the Services are provided for your convenience and may change, sometimes at short notice. Your trip director's instructions and the written terms of your booking take precedence over anything shown in the app.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
